Cancellation Policy
Hey, sometimes things don't work out. That's OK! Please allow me to provide some clarification on scheduling and refunds.
Custom Services
One-on-One Visits

Full session fee due before the session, via PayPal, sent via invoice.

If you notify me you cannot attend 60min before session, your full fee will be refunded.

Notification of cancellation inside 60min of scheduled visit or No-show means I keep the full fee, no refunds.
It is better to cancel on me early than forget!

Note: visits booked through Nourish are subject to Nourish's cancellation policy, not UYB's. Please review on Nourish's website for details - no-show for those visits is a different fee structure
Group Lecture

a deposit of 50% of negotiated fee is due before the scheduled event, balance will be invoiced directly after the event and payment is due net 7. A relaxation of this policy is possible after we
establish a working relationship. -
cancellation notification must be sent 24h in advance of event, else I keep the deposit. No-show, I keep the deposit. For extenuating circumstances, please contact me by email as soon as possible.
Writing Services

Written content requires 100% payment in advance of deliverables, invoiced via PayPal. I will work with you to supply content to your specifications once payment has been made. No refunds for custom writing work.
Standard Services
All non-customizable services (Walks, Grocery Tours, Content lectures in-person or video) will be invoiced at our negotiated fee after the event, and is payable net 7 via PayPal invoice. Your willingness to pay in a timely manner will determine our future working relationship, in which this criteria can be relaxed to work with your business financial needs. I am open to negotiation and understanding of financial constraints.
