"Use Your Bean"
Using your brain to think about food differently. How do we do this? Learning to interpret what our bodies are asking for in both scientific and soulful ways. Food can (and should!) be life-affirming and doesn't have to be a burden. Good nutrition education pays forward in life forever, and we're all trying the play the long game with health without losing our sanity in the process. I'm here to help you understand and embrace what your body is asking for, and honor it while still having fun with food. Let me help you "use your bean" regarding your diet, and help you enjoy food again!
